Greek Caesar Salad

10 oz. Pkg. mixed salad greens (Lafayette)
1 cans whole olives
4 tomatoes cut into wedges
1 red onion thinly sliced
1 medium cucumber sliced

Toss with dressingDressing:
½ cup olive oil
1 fresh squeezed lemon (1/4 cup)
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano leaves
Salt & pepper
8 oz. pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
