Beef Stew (Crock-Pot)

3 medium potatoes, sliced
2-3 whole carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced into wedges
2 cups corn
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 pound stew meat
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Layer all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on low all day.
