Chili (Crock-Pot)

1 ½ cups dry small red beans
3 cups water
1 lb. ground beef, browned
3 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper
¼ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. cumin

Place beans and water in crock-pot and cook on low for 12 hours (overnight works great) until tender.

Several hours before serving, add remaining ingredients and simmer on low.
