Flour Tortillas

4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ cup canola oil
1 ½ cups water

Mix dry ingredients. Mix in half of the water and then the remainder and oil. Knead until smooth. Divide into 8-12 portions. Roll out and cook on skillet on low for about 30 seconds on each side.
