2 cups whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup honey or white sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
¼ cup oil
Mix dry ingredients; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients then add dry ingredients. Stir only until combined. Longer mixing makes muffins tough. Fill non-stick muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes
Makes 12 – 14 muffins
