Sunny Broccoli-Pasta Salad

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Salad:
1 1/2 cups uncooked radiatore pasta
8 slices of bacon
2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
1 cup small fresh cauliflower florets
¼ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup golden raisins
3 Tbsp. sunflower nuts (not seeds)

In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients until well blended and refrigerate.

Cook pasta. Drain; rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels; crumble. In large bowl, gently mix cooled pasta, bacon, and remaining salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
