Stir-Fry

2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 lb. chicken cut in strips
3 Cups cut vegetables
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/3 cup water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 cups cooked rice

In skillet, cook chicken with half of oil & set aside. Add remaining oil, cook vegetables. Add soup, water, soy & chicken. Heat through.

Serve over rice.
