Italian Style Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup Italian Style bread crumbs
1 15-oz can tomato sauce, divided
¼ onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 egg
1 tsp. Basil
Salt & pepper
Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients except ½  tomato sauce & Parmesan cheese. Press into 9x5 pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Spoon rest of tomato sauce & parmesan cheese on top. Bake 15 more minutes.
