2 lbs. ground beef
1 large ripe onion
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp. mustard
1 ½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
½ cup bread crumbs
Cheddar cheese
Brown onion in frying pan; add ground beef and brown. Drain excess grease.
Add the rest of ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serve on hamburger buns topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
