Chia Seed Pudding

COCONUT 

1 14-oz can coconut milk

5 Tbsp. chia seeds

1 Tbsp. honey

1 tsp. vanilla

Pinch of salt


Mix well and pour into an airtight container.  Refrigerate overnight.


BLUEBERRY

1.5 cups almond milk

6 Tbsp. chia seeds

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp mable syrup

1 cup blueberries

1 tsp. vanilla


Mix well and pour into an airtight container. Refrigerate overnight.
