Thai Peanut Sauce

 1 1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter

1 - 2 tsp. sriracha (optional)

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup ginger, minced

4 cloves garlic, minced


Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan on medium-low heat.  Whisk until smooth bubbling, remove from heat.

Serve on rice, noodles, zoodles with chicken, shrimp and veggies.
