Chili



1 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 cups dry chili beans*
4 cups beef broth
1 quart tomatoes (32-oz)
1 green pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir.  Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high 5-6.

Top with cheddar cheese, sour cream and Frito’s corn chips and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

*Substitute dry beans 2 cans of chili beans
